Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number to follow your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder.

Signature on Delivery
Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to accept the package, the courier will leave a notice for redelivery.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Fiore & Finesse does not manage or anticipate these charges. If the customer refuses to pay these fees, the package may be returned or discarded by the courier, without refund.

Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. To receive in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Returned to Sender
Orders returned to our warehouse as undelivered will receive store credit, excluding the original shipping cost. Please contact the courier to determine why your package was returned.

Delays and Losses in Transit
Fiore & Finesse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for delays caused by couriers or customs. However, we will assist you with any issues related to your delivery.
