NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
It's easy! If you're not in love with the product you purchased, Fiore & Finesse will issue full store credit for the returned item(s).

RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • All returns will automatically receive store credit (allowing you to repurchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size).
  • Items marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • We do not offer refunds for final sale items, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.
  • Customers who received an incorrect item or a product with manufacturing defects will be eligible for a refund. (Please note that Fiore & Finesse Warehouse conducts strict quality control on each item before shipping and upon receiving returns).
  • Handle products with care when trying them on. (Items with manual damage or that do not comply with our return policy will be rejected and sent back to the customer).
  • Fiore & Finesse is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not issue store credit or refund original shipping charges.
  • Any orders returned due to unclaimed or rejected customs fees, lost delivery, or incorrect address will be issued as store credit, minus shipping fees. This will only be issued once the carrier confirms the return via the tracking link. We do not offer refunds for these returns.

EXCHANGES

  • Store credit will be issued so you can repurchase a new item or size.
  • If you need an urgent exchange, we strongly recommend purchasing the replacement size before sending back your return. Store credit will be issued as soon as we receive your unwanted item. (We do not hold or reserve items while your return is being processed).

RETURN CONDITIONS

All clothing items must be returned:

  • In original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any makeup or deodorant stains).
  • With all tags attached and in the original packaging.

All shoes must be returned:

  • In the original, undamaged shoebox.
  • In the same condition as delivered to you.
  • Tried on indoors and on a soft surface.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale items cannot be returned (excluding full-priced items purchased using a discount code).

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

  1. Download our return form HERE.

  2. Print the return form.

  3. Ensure that the items you are returning meet all the requirements of our return policy.

  4. Clearly fill out your details.

  5. Include the return form in your package.

  6. Send your return to the following address:

Our warehouse is not open to the public for returns, deliveries, or order pickups.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Returns received later than 30 days from the purchase date will incur a EUR 5.00 processing fee, deducted from your store credit.
  • Returns received after 35 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

  • If you received a faulty item, please email our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the package via our contact form. Wait for instructions before shipping your return.
  • You will not be refunded for return fees if our support team has not provided instructions via email before returning faulty items.
  • Make sure to use a trackable delivery method when returning your items, as Fiore & Finesse is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

EVALUATING YOUR RETURN

Returned products will be assessed upon arrival to ensure they comply with our return policy. Non-returnable items and/or items that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

STORE CREDIT, REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES

  • Depending on the service and country you are returning your items from, it may take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for the items to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
  • If you are eligible for a refund (e.g., you received a faulty item), the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • For payments made via credit cards and gift cards/store credit, the refund will be applied first to the gift card/store credit.
  • Do not email us about your return status unless 15 days have passed since the return was posted.
  • You will be notified via the email address provided in your order once your return is completed.
  • Store credit will be issued via email as a code and will remain valid for 6 months from the date of receipt.
  • Please note that Fiore & Finesse does not operate on holidays, so all returns will be processed on the next business day.
